Questions, bug reports, a refund you cannot find, or an idea for something worse to do at 6 a.m.: use the contact form. You do not need an account.
The alarm did not ring
- Open EvilSnooze. If the list shows a disarmed banner, alarms are switched off: allow them in the iPhone Settings app under EvilSnooze.
- Alarms play at the Ringtone and Alerts volume (Settings › Sounds & Haptics). Turn it most of the way up.
- In EvilSnooze, open Settings › Support › Prepare diagnostics and send the file with the contact form. It contains alarm events and times only.
A task will not let me through
- Walking and push-ups always offer Can't right now? Type instead.
- Without Motion, the microphone or the camera, those tasks turn into typing. They never disappear.
- Push-ups only appear if you switch them on in Settings › Random tasks.
- Every morning ends by itself 90 minutes after the first ring.
Purchases
- Restore EvilSnooze Plus from Settings › Purchases › Restore purchases, on the same Apple Account.
- Cancel or change a subscription in the iPhone Settings app › your name › Subscriptions, or from EvilSnooze Settings › Manage subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
